Hello! We have 3 washing machines and 3 dryers available for guests. The ‘launderette’ is open 24 hrs, there’s free wifi and it’s not too far away from the bar : ) The price is 3 EUR to wash, 1.50 EUR to dry and 50c for detergent.

Happy with the Hotel

Excellent location. At a walking distance from München Hauptbahnhof or Munich Central Station. Eateries close by. Oktoberfest about 15 minutes on foot. The bar also served Augustiner @ Euro 3.40 during the 'happy hour' ( 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm).

The staff in the front desk are super friendly and supportive. The bed is clean.

One guy under my bunk is drunk and keep to yelling and kicking my bunk at 2:00am. Besides, the restroom is in the basement, so it has a little bit not convenient.

Very Good

For a short stay as a single or with friends, if you need only a bed which is clean and comfy, it's a great location. I was surprised about the comfort. Staff was super friendly and I can only recommend this place for a trip which is on budget.

Unfortunately there are no private bathrooms in the room, but it was also announced like this. So it wasn't a surprise.

Overall felt pretty safe there as a solo traveller and the room was nice

I took a shower both nights I was there. The first night the water would not get get warm (not even a little) and the second night it was nearly scalding. I also had to wash my face with ice cold water the first night. I also felt that 6.90 Euros for breakfast in the morning was a bit steep considering the food was just alright.

Great stay overall, but no AC

- Friendly and helpful staff - Nice bar/breakfast area with lots of tables - Central location near Munich Hbf and walking distance from Old Town - Comfy beds with outlets and shelves - Clean bathrooms with windows for ventilation - Sinks and tables in rooms

- Air conditioning didn't work in my room and it was hot and stuffy. Had to blast the fan and keep the windows open all night, which was annoying because it got noisy outside in the early morning. - Top bunks were hard to get into

Good value for money

I don't have big experience with stays in shared rooms, but this one was the best. 10 beds in a room it's quite a lot, but it was fine. There are curtains giving some privacy, free lockers big enough to put inside big suitcase/backpack. Beds were comfortable, rooms and whole hostel clean. There were even some cosmetics in bathroom. And location is great - few steps from main train station (bus station is close as well) and city centre.

good except for ridiculous water timer in the shower.

Staff very nice. Building very cool

The water in the shower is on a 12 second timer. Absolutely ridiculous! Soapy hands and face, hard to push a water handle every 12 seconds.

Great place, unbeatable location, hip scene but I feel over priced.

The street is literally across the road from Munich central station and the front desk was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable.The room was up several flights of stairs with an elevator available. It had a basin, two single beds and two large doors opened onto a balcony. The bathrooms were cleaned spotless but got dirty quickly with so many people. It’s a popular and very social place.

Near station so usual dodgy type’s lining the side walk.The entrance was often blocked by smokers which made us feel sick. in the room If the balcony doors were closed you suffocated, if open, street noise prevented sleep. Noise from ceiling and walls could also make sleeping difficult. The toilet was a long walk down the corridor. Washing and drying cost €11 and coffee machine 1.5€ tea was free. I got one towel for four nights which was hard to swallow after paying near €420 for four nights.
